No. Tickets are only mailed to the credit card holder's billing address and should be received at the latest 5 business days before the event date.

Delivery times differ for each event that offers upsells. For accurate information on when you should receive your package please check the event page. Tickets with the delivery method “Regular mail” have no mailing date. 

Tickets will be mailed to the credit card holder’s billing address in order for you to receive them at least 5 business days before the date of the event. 

There is the possibility that you receive them sooner than the 5 business days before the event. If you need to receive your tickets sooner, please choose an Xpress mail delivery.

It depends on the venue. Many venues let you designate an alternate person for will call pickup and may require that person to present a photo ID, the Admission order number, and a photocopy of the front and back of the credit card used to buy the tickets. Be safe: Hide the credit card number except for the last four digits. Contact us if you have any questions.

No email? No problem! Log into My Account and click on View Orders. Review your order in the list and click on View Tickets. You can then simply print your electronic tickets.

For tickets with the delivery method “Regular mail”, there is no mailing date. 

Tickets will be mailed to the credit card holder’s billing address in order for you to receive them at least 5 business days before the date of the event. 

There is the possibility that you receive them sooner than the 5 business days before the event. If you need to receive your tickets sooner, please choose an Xpress mail delivery.

This delivery method is only offered if the venue is furnished with equipment allowing to operate this technology.

Electronic tickets are delivered by email and are available in your Purchase History. You print them yourself! Please have a valid photo ID and the credit card used to purchase the tickets when validating your electronic tickets at the venue.

Contrary to a traditional ticket, the electronic Ticketfast is printed from your computer. It uses a unique barcode that is different for each ticket. So if you buy two e-tickets, you will print two sheets of paper.

If you still haven't received your tickets 5 business days before the event, you can contact a Supervisor at 1-877-528-0786. The Supervision is open every day from 9 AM to 8 PM (Eastern Time).

Xpresspost is available for certain events. This option will be mentioned in the delivery method choices when you purchase tickets. If the Xpresspost option does not appear, it means that this service is not available for the selected event.

This service is offered in Canada, the United States and internationally. Xpresspost availability will vary depending on the event date; it is generally available until 5 business days before the event. 

Tickets will only be mailed at the billing address of the credit card used for the purchase, respecting the time frame mentioned.

There can be delays in mailing out Xpresspost tickets after a popular onsale. Many purchases require more rigorous verifications and we prefer mailing out all orders at the same time, once verifications are completed. If there is an additional delay, you will be notified when purchasing the tickets.

Different methods of delivery are offered depending on the venue or country where the event is being held, the country you live in, the number of days between when you buy the tickets and when the event is taking place, holidays and the nature of the demand. Please carefully review the list of delivery methods offered during the purchase process.

Generally, the following methods of delivery will be offered, subject to additional restrictions which are described further below. 

 

Pick up at the box office – Will Call.

If you have to pick up your tickets, it is at the venue’s box office, where the event is being held. (It may happen that you have to pick up the tickets at another venue’s box office. If this is the case, indications will be clearly provided on the website). Will call tickets cannot be picked up in an Admission Retail Outlet.

Once the tickets are in your possession, it is important that you keep them in a safe place. If you lose the tickets, you must contact us as soon as possible. Please refer to the Lost or stolen tickets section for more information.
