Admission is unable to verify or guarantee the authenticity of tickets that have not been purchased directly through an authorized sales channel (i.e.: Admission call center, Admission.com or an Admission outlet). For this reason, and because we are unable to provide any information regarding ticket purchases to a party other than the credit card holder, we do not recommend purchasing tickets from resellers.

Admission has many Retail Outlets. The purchase of tickets in an Outlet is the best solution for those who want to pay with cash and wish to have their tickets in hand right away. Policies regarding bracelets and draws can be applied during popular onsales in order to provide equal ticket distribution in our Outlets. Please note that tickets purchased through the Internet and by phone cannot be picked up in an Admission Outlet.

Admission sells tickets on behalf of promoters, teams or others, groups or venues. This means that Admission doesn’t set the ticket prices and doesn’t determine the seat map. Generally, tickets are sold simultaneously via different distribution channels: online, by phone, in Admission outlets and at the venue box office where the event is being held. Most distribution channels generally have access to the same ticket software and the same ticket inventory. And so, tickets for popular events can sell quickly. Sometimes, additional tickets are released before the event, but Admission doesn’t control these ticket inventories or their availabilities. Consult the FAQ section to obtain more information on ticket availability.

When available, senior citizen discounts are offered. Photo ID’s will be verified upon entering the venue. If you don’t have a valid photo ID, you will be asked to go to the box office to cancel the ticket and buy one at the regular price.

A general admission ticket refers to one or more zones in the venue that are occupied on a first come first serve basis, and are generally standing room only. Please carefully review the event’s information screens or listen to the Call Center Agent’s information. Seating arrangements vary for each event, and there may or may not be seats of any kind available. Admission cannot guarantee seating for any event that is sold as General Admission.

If it's a children's show, such as Sesame Street Live, then yes, all children will need a ticket to access the venue. For all other events, it depends. Rules vary depending on the venue and the event. Your best bet is to validate the information regarding children by contacting the venue's box office.

Tickets are the same as money. Keep them in a secure place, far from direct heat, sun and humidity. Make sure to place them somewhere safe that you will find. If you still haven't received your tickets 5 business days before the event, you can contact a Supervisor at 1-877-528-0786. The Supervision is open every day from 9 AM to 8 PM (Eastern Time).

Admission accepts many methods of payments to suit your needs. If you are buying tickets for a Canadian event, Admission accepts American Express, Visa and MasterCard. If you are buying tickets for an American event, Admission accepts American Express, Visa and MasterCard.

Presales let fans with passwords purchase tickets before the general public! If you have an Admission account, you'll get email alerts about upcoming presales, with passwords included. No account? Create one now. Most other presales have sponsors like fan clubs and credit cards and we can't provide passwords for those - sorry! We can alert you about those presales though - just check the box next to Special Event-Related Offers in My Account. Then you'll have time to join the club, get the card, etc. to get the password. Sometimes venues and radio stations have their own presales too, so check your favorite venues' and stations' sites for info on how to be in the loop. Please keep in mind that the number of presale tickets is limited.

The minimum age to attend a show will be indicated when clicking on Find Tickets. If no age is mentioned, the show is for all ages. If the show takes place in a bar, access will be reserved for customers of 18 and over.

The CIN number is the 3-digit code found on the back of the card, generally located next to the signature strip of most cards. If you have an American Express, this 4-digit number can be found on the front of your card, above the actual credit card number.

Occasionally, events are cancelled or postponed by the promoter, team, artist or venue. Should this occur, we will contact you to inform you of refund or exchange procedures for that event. For exact instructions on any cancelled or postponed event, please check the event information online or contact us. If you purchase a ticket through Admission.com or through the Admission Call Center, and a refund is issued, then Admission will refund the credit card used to purchase that ticket. If a ticket is purchased through an Admission Retail Outlet and a refund is to be issued, you have to physically present the tickets at the Outlet where they were purchased to receive the refund. 

Admission typically only offers refunds and/or exchanges based on the promoter's, team's or venue's instructions. In order to receive a refund or an exchange that may be offered, you will have to comply with the promoter's, team's or venue's instructions or deadlines, which, along with the decision about whether or not to issue a refund or an exchange, may be at the promoter's, team's or venue's discretion.

When Admission issues a refund, we issue a refund for the ticket's paid face value (if a discounted ticket was bought, the discount price will be refunded), the facility fee and the convenience fee. If the event was scheduled to occur in Canada, then the order processing fee will also be refunded (but not for events that were scheduled to occur in the United States). Delivery fees or any other fees not mentioned will never be refunded. If a refund is issued, it will be issued using the same method of payment that was used to purchase the tickets. If a credit card was used to make the purchase, then only that same credit card will receive the refund credit.

If an event is cancelled, please contact us for information on receiving a refund. If the event was relocated or rescheduled, the venue or promoter may set refund limitations. Contact us for exact instructions.

Please make sure to provide your account number so we can expedite your refund, if applicable.

When an event goes on sale, tickets can be purchased online, by phone or in person. We do not reserve a specific amount of tickets for different distribution channels, so the odds of getting tickets are the same no matter where you choose to get your tickets. From time to time, promoters conduct presales or other promotions that are available only through one distribution channel. In such a promotion, you can purchase tickets only through that particular distribution channel.
