Different methods of delivery are offered depending on the venue or country where the event is being held, the country you live in, the number of days between when you buy the tickets and when the event is taking place, holidays and the nature of the demand. Please carefully review the list of delivery methods offered during the purchase process.
Generally, the following methods of delivery will be offered, subject to additional restrictions which are described further below.
Pick up at the box office – Will Call.
If you have to pick up your tickets, it is at the venue’s box office, where the event is being held. (It may happen that you have to pick up the tickets at another venue’s box office. If this is the case, indications will be clearly provided on the website). Will call tickets cannot be picked up in an Admission Retail Outlet.
As a general rule, tickets are available one hour before the show starts. However, in many venues, you may pick-up your tickets 48 hours after the purchase. You simply need to review the venue’s information to know their hours of business.
To pick-up your tickets, you'll need the credit card used for the purchase and a valid photo ID. These ID’s are mandatory to receive the tickets. Box offices reserve the right to refuse giving tickets to a certain party if ID is not provided.
Once the tickets are in your possession, it is important that you keep them in a safe place. If you lose the tickets, you must contact us as soon as possible. Please refer to the Lost or stolen tickets section for more information.
Mailing – Regular mail
Tickets with the delivery method “Regular mail” have no mailing date.
Tickets will be mailed to the credit card holder’s billing address in order for you to receive them at least 5 business days before the date of the event.
There is the possibility that you receive them sooner than the 5 business days before the event. If you need to receive your tickets sooner, please choose an Xpress mail delivery.
Express mailing – Xpresspost
Xpresspost is available for certain events. This option will be mentioned in the delivery method choices when you purchase tickets. If the Xpresspost option does not appear, it means that this service is not available for the selected event.
This service is offered in Canada, the United States and internationally. Xpresspost availability will vary depending on the event date; it is generally available until 5 business days before the event.
Tickets will only be mailed at the billing address of the credit card used for the purchase, respecting the time frame mentioned.
There can be delays in mailing out Xpresspost tickets after a popular onsale. Many purchases require more rigorous verifications and we prefer mailing out all orders at the same time, once verifications are completed. If there is an additional delay, you will be notified when purchasing the tickets.
Connect to your account and select the "Manage Subscription" option. You can deselect your subscriptions and save the changes.
Please note that it can take 48 hours for the modifications to take effect.
If you still haven't received your tickets 5 business days before the event, you can contact a Supervisor at 1-877-528-0786. The Supervision is open every day from 9 AM to 8 PM (Eastern Time).
